Special Reduction oF Legal Fees - Venezuela
Due to its 23rd anniversary of creation as an Autonomous Service, the Venezuelan Patent and Trademark Office and its National Direction of Copyright have publicly announced a substantial reduction of their fees for industrial and intellectual property matters, that range from 30 % up to 50 %, and which comprise among others, the filing of new trademark and patent applications. This special reduction will end on June 6, 2021. We invite all colleagues whose clients have been considering making new filings in Venezuela, to seize this opportunity.
