From 1 July 2023, it will cost CHF 450 to file a trademark with the IPI before Bern instead of the previous 550.
In addition, the fee for protecting an international trademark in Switzerland for three classes of goods will be reduced by CHF 50.
The IPI will also offer an ‘e-discount' of CHF 100 from this date onwards for applications submitted electronically.
A trademark in CH is protected for ten years from its filing date. After that, protection can be renewed indefinitely for ten years at a time.
Our Agency Fees to be added of CHF 350 remain the same as before.
