KASS is an established intellectual property (IP) consultancy firm which offers a one-stop solution for IP matters in Malaysia, South East Asia, and worldwide. We deal with all things relating to IP from the idea stage in the Board Room or workshop floor right up to the product being on the market shelf – the whole spectrum and not just at the tail end or when infringement takes place.

With offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Yangon and Bangkok – we’ve been around since 1999 and with in-house technical experts in ICT, electronics, mechanical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and material science, among others, as well as a dedicated team of lawyers, KASS provides strategic and focused consulting in these areas of IP. We handle the drafting and obtaining of patent rights, no matter what field of technology our clients are involved in. The services we offer benefit our clients in terms of technology research, management of their IP portfolio, R&D activities, licensing and registration so that they can continue to maintain a competitive edge over any potential competition.

We strive to keep our clients constantly updated and facilitate the promotion of IP awareness and knowledge through our regular publications and workshops.
