Sneha heads the Patents and Designs practice at the firm. She has vast experience in patent and design prosecution, analytics, advisory and litigation. Sneha has an engineering background with specialization in biotechnology. However, in the last decade she has handled patent matters across technology areas including mechanical, material sciences, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics as well as software related inventions.
Sneha is a registered Indian Patent Agent, an attorney at law and brings both technical and legal expertise in handling the patent, design, and technology matters. Sneha is also adept at handling commercial IP transactions, and also, routinely advises tech-clients on internal 'terms of use' and allied 'policy' framework having due regard to privacy, data protection, copyright and IT laws.
