Rodrigo Moraes Costa is a mechanical engineer who graduated from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Sucow da Fonseca (CEFET/RJ). He is also a mechanic technician who graduated from CEFET/RJ. He has a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
